Quick Actions

You can perform quick actions directly from your list of program items. These actions allow you to move, copy to another day, or delete multiple items at once.

Selection

To select items, click the square icon on the left of each item (where the image or large letter is). Once selected, a checkmark icon will appear instead of the square. This action will also open the quick-actions menu at the top of the list, showing how many items are selected and providing options to select/deselect all.

Move

With items selected, click the Move button (shaped like a calendar). Choose the day you want to move these items to, then press move.

Copy

With items selected, click the Copy button (two squares icon). Select the days you want to copy these items to, then press copy.

Delete

With items selected, click the Delete button (trash can icon). Confirm your selection, then press delete.
