Publish Your Event

Ready to share your event with attendees? This section guides you through making your event live in the app.

Select Your Plan​

Choose the plan that best suits your event's size. Our plans are designed to accommodate different numbers of attendees.

Create a Custom Event Code​

Your Event Code is how attendees will access your event within the app. A memorable and easy-to-type code makes it simple for them to log in and get all the event information quickly. Consider something unique and relevant to your event!

If you have talked to us and agreed on a Custom event, you can enter the custom code here to access your price.

Complete Your Payment​

Once you've selected your plan and entered an event code, simply press Publish. You'll then be redirected to Stripe to finalize your payment. As soon as your payment is processed you will get access to the publication button.

When you press the Make Public button, your event will become immediately accessible to attendees in the app!

Unpublish​

When the event is finished, you can hide the event by clicking the button Hide event, which is available while your event is public. This can be done manually, but we will also do it automatically after 2 weeks.
